We’re having an Expedition Africa-themed AR Club evening on Wednesday, 25 June at Kinetic (cnr North and Rivonia Roads). 18h30 (or earlier) for 19h00 start. You can have dins there and an assortment of hot and cold beverages.
We’ve got a couple of racers speaking about their experiences at Expedition Africa, including Bloed en OMO’s Abel van der Merwe and Senseless’ Michelle van Renen. Cyanosis’ Clinton Macintosh will be telling us ‘What went right’ for them. Cyanosis’ navigator Nicholas Mulder adds, “We actually had a lot of stuff that went right for us (and could have gone easily wrong)”.
It’s also a fabulous opportunity to claim those items you left behind – Heidi has lots of lost property.
And, of course, it is an occasion to meet and mingle and share war stories.
