With the majestic Gariep Dam (also known as the mother dam) as the heart of this adventure, teams can expect a different adventure, traversing private lands full of game and wildlife with many hidden valleys and kloofs. The mighty Orange River is the life source of this region, carving its way through the land, promising adventure as planned.

Taking place in the heart of winter you will be challenged by the Freeze at night but will experience awesome sunny days and the milky way will blow your mind in those darkest of hours.
With the local “Plaas” hospitality this winter adventure promises to leave you tingling first from the cold but as the sun rises, those tingles will be caused by the amazing vastness and rugged beauty of what we call Big Sky Country.
